The robot Mafia GRAVE has been tracked down across the earth. Their plots foiled and their attempts to seize power over governments thwarted, much thanks to the aid of robot mercenaries in cooperation with the world security forces, and the Ministry of Science.
Now GRAVE has issued a single threat to the leaders of the four major economic regions. A massive ransom, and control over the flow of world economies in exchange for not carrying out their threat. The threat being the use of hacked nuclear satellites to launch an attack against capital cities across the globe.
The Security Forces have confirmed having lost control of four weapons satellites which are now moving into geosynchronous orbit over four locations which remain classified.
A militant response at this point risks provoking GRAVE, and so they have turned to mercenary forces who's existence can be disavowed if they fail. The signal used to hack these satellites of course had to originate from some point on the ground, which coincides with a massive surge of unknown radiation. GRAVE is making little effort at disguising their location, and with the threat of nuclear annihilation, believe they will not be attacked.
Furthermore the radiation is making it difficult to trans in to that location, or get a signal through. This location appears to be an old, now abandoned fortress from the Wily Wars. Though plans did once exist to turn this rare, surviving relic (The majority of them self destructed.) into a museum, GRAVE seems to have taken up residence here.
As mentioned before, transing in will be impossible, an air or ground assault would also be spotted, however, the fortress was constructed on a cliffside leaving it exposed to the sea. Your team will need to approach from seaside and scale a two hundred meter sheer rock face before beginning an assault on the GRAVE stronghold.
The Council of Science has prepared a method for facing each obstacle. A stealth submarine has been aquisitioned. Your party will be dispatched via passenger torpedoes. Robotic assisted climbing equipment will be included. It will be the responsibility of your robots to get up, along with your mechanics. Furthermore the radiation makes it impossible to maintain contact with robots once inside, so mechanics will have to go in with them. Due to the radiation threat, you will be equipped with electromagnetic shields which will repel the bulk of the radioactive hazard.
From there your mission is to eliminate GRAVE's ability to transmit its signal and capture its leader.
Slots: 3 A small team of 3 robots will do best. This offers enough force to push through, but a small enough number to be considered coincidental.
Bounty: 1,000,000 Zenny split between the party. Yes ONE MILLION. There is no ratings bonus, this mission never happened, and a good portion of your payout is considered hush money. Half the payout is for stopping the transmission, the other half is for the capture of their leader.

Your failure means the government never heard of you. You're on your own. It also means a direct military response will be the government's only option, and if that fails, it could mean the deaths of millions.
